As co-founder and Team Principal of Speedworks Motorsport, Christian has been the driving force behind the team’s success since its inception in 2005. His leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on approach have guided the team from grassroots racing to becoming an established front-runner in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and beyond.

Co-founder of Speedworks Motorsport, Amy plays a pivotal role in the team’s commercial, operational, and hospitality activities. From securing key partnerships to overseeing race weekend logistics and guest experiences, she ensures the smooth running of the team both on and off the track.

Josh joined Speedworks in 2022 as a number 1 mechanic and progressed into his chief mechanic role, followed by becoming the Team Manager for the team in 2024 and is responsible for the day to day operations of Speedworks. Josh is an essential part to the team bringing with him 10 years of BTCC knowledge and experience and knows exactly what it takes to fight for the title in British Touring Cars. 

A well respected figure in British motorsport, Danny leads Speedworks’ racing programmes with a focus on performance, driver development, and technical excellence. His extensive experience in the industry as a former racing driver and team manager brings invaluable insight to the team’s racing operations.
